Home Ownership AdvisorBased in Broxbourne, Hertfordshire (we will be moving office next year, therefore, the office location may change but will be local to Hoddesdon and Cheshunt)Part-time, 18.5 hours per week (with flexibility)Salary: £31,658 - £35,175 (pro rata)We have an exciting opportunity for a flexible and adaptable individual with great communication, numerical and IT skills.In this part-time, highly flexible role, you’ll provide high-quality, personalised and professional customer service to our Home Owners via phone calls, email, and face to face, supporting them with queries. You will also assist with the preparation of annual leasehold accounts and service charge recovery, review all charges and ensure these are accurate and proportional.
