Job Title: Office Co-Ordinator/PA Salary: £28,000-£30,000 Location: Hertford   Contract: Permanent    Hours: 8-4pm   COMPANY PROFILE   Our client who is a well-established and highly respected electrical services company, providing reliable, high-quality electrical solutions for residential, commercial, and industrial clients. They are committed to delivering exceptional service and maintaining strong client relationships and are now seeking a proactive and highly organised Office Coordinator/PA to join their team and support the day-to-day operations.   RESPONSIBILITIES ·Greet clients, visitors, and contractors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner. ·Answer and direct phone calls, handle inquiries, and manage service requests. ·Manage client appointments and scheduling for electricians, ensuring all bookings are accurately coordinated. ·Provide administrative assistance to the team, including data entry, filing, and managing documentation. ·Assist with invoicing, quotes, and job tracking, ensuring accuracy and timely processing. ·Help prepare and process service reports, job sheets, and other necessary paperwork. ·Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring the office is fully stocked and well-equipped. ·Assist with basic bookkeeping and accounts-related tasks, such as invoicing and billing. ·Provide full PA support to senior management, including calendar management, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements. ·Help prioritise tasks for the management team, ensuring key projects and appointments are managed effectively. ·Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. ·Coordinate with electricians to ensure that necessary certifications, permits, and documentation are in place for each job.     SKILLS REQUIRED   ·Previous experience in an office coordinator, administrative assistant, or PA role, ideally in a trades or construction-based environment. ·Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines. ·Excellent written and verbal communication skills. ·Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). ·Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. ·Familiarity with basic accounting software (Zero) or CRM systems is a plus. ·A basic understanding of electrical services or the construction industry is advantageous but not essential.
