We are looking for a Records Officer to join our team

An office based position, your tasks will include but not be limited to -

Moving boxes and paper files

Willingness to be trained on systems

Transferring paper files to electronic storage

Undertake the appraisal of records

Arrange the retrieval and delivery of records from the County Council's off- site storage contractor

use records management systems to track and index the records held by, or on behalf of, the County Council

We are looking for someone who is well organised with a positive attitude. This is a temporary role currently running until 31st December 2024.
