Residential with some new Homes Sales Progressor - Hertford

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 (Depending on Experience) + Bonus

Hours - Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm

Our client has years of experience in residential property in North London and Hertfordshire. They specialise in sales, lettings, property management and new homes, they are currently looking for a Sales Progressor to work within the Residential area of the office covering some new homes progression. This position is ideally suited to an already established sales progressor or perhaps an Estate Agent with experience of handling their own sales progression. Ambitious, with exceptional organisational skills and able to think on your feet you must have:

  • A minimum of 1 years Sales Progression experience.
  • Excellent decision-making skills.
  • A confident and professional telephone manner with a high level of attention to detail.
  • The ability to work within a team, but also alone.

The role involves:

  • Managing a large case load of property transactions.
  • Organising client details and paperwork, plus updating and maintain database.
  • Carrying out all administrative duties relating to Sales Progression, such as issuing legal documentation.
  • Liaise with all parties concerned on a regular basis, including buyers, solicitors, surveyors and finance companies, ensuring timely completions.
