JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Support the management and sales teams in achieving targets
  • Manage and distribute all sales enquiries to staff
  • Manage an absent consultants sales desk and all correspondence with clients
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Provide and promote 100% accuracy of work
  • Check booking confirmations & monitor accuracy
  • Monitor standards of administration on bookings
  • Follow & monitor company procedures
  • Assist with the training of new staff
  • Quality control the general administration work of the teams
  • Assist the Sales Manager with weekly / monthly tasks & reports
  • Maintain sales office resources (internal documents) & environment
  • Liaise with internal departments & external suppliers
  • Attend product training sessions
  • Assist the team as directed by Sales Manager
  • Assist the management team to ensure the smooth running of sales floor
  • Mon - Sat: 9.30 - 5.30 or 10.30 - 7.15 (2 later days a week). Every other Saturday with a lieu day that week (5 day working week)

Starting salary is 23k pa - 24k pa plus additional benefits:

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

You will have travelled independently to Australia and have a great knowledge and passion for this destination, and ideally previous experience in a sales support or administration role.
