My client in Hertford are looking to appoint a talented HR/OD Advisor on a Contract basis.
The purpose of this role is to provide day to day advice, support and guidance to managers and staff all across the organisation.
What's on offer:
- Salary: 21 - 25 per hour, inside IR35
* based on experience

About the role:
Based in Hertford (Hybrid):
- To monitor and review Council HR policies and practice
- Manage casework from within your allocated service
- Lead on and/or participate in a range of people related projects as directed
- To work with the HR and Payroll Service (inc H&S), supporting colleagues and delivering the service
About you:
You will have the following experiences:
- Extensive experience in a similar role.
- Experience managing HR Caseworks
- Experience of monitoring & reviewing HR Polices
- Local Authority experience is essential
