The Role:

We are seeking a motivated Software Project Delivery Manager to join our client's expanding team. As part of a dynamic and collaborative environment, you will play a key role in managing software development projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope. Your responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing multiple projects simultaneously, managing timelines, resources, and stakeholder expectations.
• Acting as the bridge between internal development teams and external clients, ensuring smooth communication and project execution.
• Identifying potential risks and implementing solutions to keep projects on track.
• Maintaining project documentation, tracking progress, and providing regular updates to stakeholders.
• Variety of tasks across a growing business, wearing 'many hats' in a scale-up environment.

Requirements:

• Experience in software project coordination or project management.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise with clients and internal teams.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
• Degree level education.

Desirable:

• Experience in software or technology-driven project environments.
• Formal project management qualifications (Prince2, Agile, PMP, etc.).
