1st Line 2nd Line IT Support Technician
We are currently seeking an experienced IT Support Technician in the Hertford, to work for a 40+ million turnover office technology business. This role comes with a fantastic progression opportunity for an IT professional who is looking to expand their knowledge and progress their career in the industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing technical support via the company helpdesk to a wide variety of clients across the UK.
- Troubleshooting a wide variety of IT systems, including; Hardware, Network and Infrastructure faults.
- Configuring new user IT/Print equipment
- Networking devices and providing general support with any technical related queries.
- Providing exceptional customer service to ensure issues are being resolved in a timely manner.
Essential Skills
- Proven experience in hardware and software fault diagnosis and resolution.
- Desire to continually enhance job knowledge and skills (Ongoing Training Provided)
- A high degree of enthusiasm and self-motivation
- Experience or qualifications in IT related disciplines (Microsoft, Active Directory, VMware, Infrastructure etc)
Desirable Skills
- Experience in an IT support role
- Experience in 1st/2nd Line Support
- IT college or degree related course
- Microsoft certifications or equivalent
