Our client is offering an exciting opportunity to join a growing team for an experienced, switched on administrator, with excellent communication skills and attention to detail

Position is available to interview and start immediately.

Key Responsibilities of an Administrator:

  • Input jobs into the company workflow management system
  • Update job workflows on the management system
  • Book appointments with residents, caretakers etc
  • Schedule appointments for engineers including re-scheduling appointments for priority jobs
  • Daily uploading of Asbestos Reports onto works orders on our scheduling system.
  • Basic understanding and interpretation of engineers technical notes.
  • Updating spreadsheets, overdue reports and client portals
  • Arrange parking for engineers (when required)

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous administration experience
  • Maintenance / Service / Quotes experience is desirable
  • Excellent communication skills; written and verbal
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong PC skills and Microsoft packages
  • Ability to work as a team and independently
