Design Engineer / Mould Designer
Join this successful mould tool engineering company as a Design Engineer! This established company specialises in the CAD design and manufacture of multi-cavity moulds for the food, cosmetics, and household sectors. Whether you're an experienced designer or a graduate trainee with a design background, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop blow moulds for a variety of products.
- Analyse customer requirements and develop innovative solutions.
- Create 3D models of moulds using CAD software (cross-training available).
- Develop cost-effective and efficient moulds.
- Test and evaluate moulds to ensure they meet customer specifications.
Requirements:
- Experience in mould design preferred but not essential.
- Knowledge of Autodesk and Powershape is a plus, but training will be provided.
- Self-motivated and reliable.
- Current UK right to work.
