Claims Handler - Debt Recovery£25000 salaryHertford

Randstad are working alongside a renowned debt recovery organisation with over 30 years experience in providing support to landlords, managing agents and freeholders.

They are recruiting for Debt Claims Handlers to join their established team in Hertford, working Monday-Friday 9am-5pm.

Duties

Caseload management; liaising primarily with clients, defendants, solicitors and lenders.
Obtaining and understanding Land Registry documents such as Titles, Leases, Transfers.
Responding to email/written queries from clients, owners, solicitors and mortgagees as well as general inbound call queries.
Assist in identifying valid disputes and escalate where needed.
Take payments from debtors and help negotiate payments plans.

Experience of working in a customer service role
Comfortable working in a target-based environment
Able to remain calm under pressure
A confident communicator, always happy to help
