A highly regarded Legal 500 firm based in Central Hertfordshire is looking to expand its commercial property team, which includes former City, US firm lawyers and partners, to meet client demand. 

What we are looking for:

The ideal commercial property solicitor, circa 3-8 PQE, will have experience a of broad range of commercial property transactions including investment acquisitions and landlord and tenant related matters. A knowledge of and interest in property related transactions relating to rural estates would be an advantage as the firm has an interesting mixture of commercial and landowning clients. You will be able to maintain existing relationships but experience or an interest in business develop and marketing would be useful.
