  • Candidates must possess a clean driver's license and be able to commute between offices for client meetings as necessary.

We are looking for an experienced Solicitor or FILEX, with at least 2 years’ fee-earning experience within Property Litigation, both Residential and Commercial.

Day-to-day duties will consist of a mixed variety of cases, including property litigation, contentious probate, contract disputes, debt recovery, boundary disputes and landlord and tenant matters. Representing individuals and corporate clients, both claimant and defendant.

Candidate should be passionate about business development and will be expected to form part of the team and the firm’s wider marketing initiatives.

Whilst supervision and mentoring will be provided, the candidate should be proficient in working independently and in handling their own varied case load.

Candidates should have a clean driver’s license and the ability to commute between our offices for client meetings where required.
