What is the role?

Oversee the establishment, administration, and termination of complex trusts, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, providing bespoke advice on trust formation, asset protection, tax planning, and succession planning.

Developing a high-performing team of skilled professionals, while ensuring they are backed by streamlined processes and advanced technology, to deliver exceptional client service in a consistent, efficient, and profitable manner

Reviewing existing trusts to ensure they continue to meet the client’s goals and comply with evolving legal and tax regulations

Financial Management, Risk & Compliance: Meeting defined financial goals and key performance indicators, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, and effectively managing associated risks
What are we looking for?

Qualified solicitor with significant experience in Trusts Law, covering all types of trusts

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, partners, and other stakeholders.

5+ years PQE
-
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
