My client is seeking a Trusts Lawyer with strong technical expertise and at least 5 years of experience to head their Trusts team. This is an opportunity to strategically shape and build a profitable, sustainable team, all while being supported by a firm committed to excellence and innovation.
Role Responsibilities:- Leadership & Strategy: You'll lead the Trusts team, mentoring and motivating talented individuals while ensuring operations are efficient and client service is exceptional.
- Business Development: You'll raise the team's profile, develop tailored client services, and implement a clear business development plan to drive growth.
- Risk Management: You'll take responsibility for achieving financial objectives, ensuring compliance, and managing risks effectively.
- A minimum of 5 years PQE with strong technical ability in trusts.
- A passion for client care and delivering excellence in every interaction.
