PROPERTY LITIGATION SOLICITOR 2 – 3 PQE, HERTFORDSHIRE, COMPETIVE £ SALARY + BENEFITS. This is an excellent opportunity to join a specialist property litigation practice that offers on-site parking, hybrid working, 25 days holiday, death in service and employee assistance programs, as well as discretionary bonuses. JOB REF: 215297786The appointed Solicitor will be dealing with a range of contentious matters relating to residential and commercial property, advising a diverse range of clients on complex and challenging situations in the County Court and First Tier Tribunal (Property Chamber).• You will be responsible for managing your own caseload, including defended service charge, ground rent disputes, possession cases, and breach of covenant matters. You will also assess claims and defences, ensure compliance with deadlines, maintain case management, and provide regular reports and advice to clients.• You will be expected to support the more senior members of the team and provide supervision and support to the more junior members as needed – including participating in training and development efforts.• The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical expertise, with proven experience in service charge and ground rent debt recovery, as well as general property matters.
