Property Litigation Solicitor, 8+ Years PQE, Hertfordshire, £Excellent + Benefits – A new opportunity for an ambitious senior solicitor to join a highly reputable Dispute Resolution team.in Hertfordshire. JOB REF:8683.• Due to expansion at the firm, a need has arisen for an additional Property Litigation Solicitor.• Applications are sought from Property Litigation Solicitors with a minimum of 7 Years PQE gained with another reputable law firm.• You will be responsible for a varied property litigation caseload to include possession and sale claims, boundary disputes, property right disputes and disputed rights of way.• You will also have experience of handling complex commercial landlord and tenant disputes including 1954 Act claims and terminal dilapidations claims• Experience of cases dealing with statutory lease extensions, collective enfranchisement, commercial lease renewals, forfeiture, breach of commercial lease covenants would be advantageous.• You will be able to demonstrate solid, technical capability along with an appetite to get involved in business development.• Experience of supervising or mentoring more junior members would be advantageous.• You will join a progressive law firm with a long history and a reputation built on providing outstanding service and legal advice.• Competitive remuneration package on offer.• Contact Gemma Jones at eNL on or email with your CV, or simply call for a confidential discussion.eNL will never share your CV with a third party without your express permission.
