Private Client Lawyer (Trusts) - 2+PQE

The Role:
You'll be responsible for:
- Preparing Deeds of Retirement and Appointment of Trustees
- Handling trust setup, drafting documentation, and transferring assets
- Providing expert advice on various trust structures (Bare Trusts, Life Interest Trusts, Discretionary Trusts)
- Managing the registration of trusts with HMRC
- Offering insight into the taxation of trusts and guiding trustees and beneficiaries
Ideal Candidate:
- 2+ years' experience in trusts law (STEP qualification or working toward it is a plus)
- Strong knowledge of trust structures and their taxation
- Experience drafting relevant Deeds and managing trust matters through their lifecycle
- The ability to work independently, with supervision and mentoring provided
