Our client is a leading HVAC service provider specialising in advanced climate control solutions. They pride themselves on their commitment to quality, customer satisfaction, and innovative technologies and are currently seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC Service Engineer to join their dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and emergency repairs on HVAC systems, specifically focusing on Turbocore and screw compressors.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to HVAC equipment and systems.
- Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
- Provide excellent customer service, including clear communication with clients about work performed and any further recommendations.
- Maintain accurate records of all work performed and parts used.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an HVAC Service Engineer, with specific experience working on Turbocore and screw compressors.
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair.
- Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid UK driving licence.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
