Role Overview:Â The Personal Assistant will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the Director's office and home environment. This role demands a high level of professionalism, discretion, and efficiency. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Director's schedule, coordinating meetings and appointments, handling correspondence, and performing various administrative tasks to support the Director in their day-to-day activities. The role will cover both business and personal interests. Although predominantly based around the care sector, the individual will be required to cover multiple businesses under the control of the Director, including the Recruitment and Construction industry, so they must be diverse and adaptable.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Calendar Management: Efficiently manage the Director/Owner's schedule, including organizing meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
2. Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, screening and prioritizing emails, phone calls, and other correspondence.
3. Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support, including drafting documents, preparing presentations, and maintaining accurate records.
4. Meeting Coordination: Coordinate and schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and ensure all necessary materials are available in advance.
5. Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel accommodations, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and itineraries, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to company policies.
6. Document Management: Organize and maintain electronic and hard-copy files, ensuring confidentiality and accessibility.
7. Task Prioritization: Manage competing priorities effectively, proactively identifying potential conflicts and proposing solutions.
8. Research and Analysis: Conduct research and gather information as required to support decision-making and project execution.
9. Special Projects: Assist with ad-hoc projects and initiatives as directed by the Director/Owner, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
10. Driving /Transportation: Ideally, have a full Uk license and be a confident driver to manage the Directors fleet, drive for the Director on occasions, be confident and proactive to organise a driver or transportation as and when required.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role, preferably in a senior/executive capacity.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software applications.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information and correspondence.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and demonstrate initiative.
- Flexible and adaptable approach, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive and solution-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Thinking 1 step ahead and completing tasks without support, hands-on attitude.
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field is preferred.
- Previous experience in the healthcare or social care sector would be advantageous but not essential.
- Experience working in a similar role supporting senior executives/directors is highly desirable.
