EXPERENTIAL PROJECT SUPPORT

Take charge of experiential projects by managing timelines, budgets, and logistics while collaborating with vendors and internal teams to ensure flawless execution.

Monitor progress, tackle challenges, and keep everything on track, ensuring quality, deadlines, and budgets are met.

Bring fresh ideas to the table, juggle multiple projects with ease, and handle documentation, budget tracking, and post-project reviews to drive continuous improvement and success

STAKEHOLDER COMMUNICATION

Build strong relationships with stakeholders, suppliers, and clients, ensuring clear communication and seamless integration of project outputs.Deliver regular updates, manage expectations, and establish trust by asking the right questions and consistently meeting commitments.

  • You’re flexible for frequent national & international travel
  • You’re experienced in supporting and coordinating events or projects, ensuring all aspects are managed effectively
  • You’re a strong operator, able to plan and prioritise tasks and manage your time effectively
  • You’re an expert at building and maintaining effective working relationships with various teams, as well as external vendors
  • You’ve got strong IT Skills (Excel & PowerPoint are essential)
  • You’re able to work to tight deadlines within a fast-paced environment
