Skills & Experience Required: 聽 路Previous experience in office management or a similar administrative role. 路Strong organisational and multitasking skills. 路Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 路Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general office software. 路Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. 路Experience with ISO accreditations is a plus. 聽 Responsibilities: 聽 路Answer telephone calls and manage client inquiries with professionalism. 路Assist sales teams by preparing quotations and tender documents. 路Process purchase orders accurately and efficiently. 路Support credit control by assisting with invoicing and payment follow-ups. 路Take minutes during meetings and ensure they are distributed in a timely manner. 路Help manage administrative tasks related to our ISO accreditations. 路Ensure all office supplies, including tea, coffee, and photocopy paper, are well-stocked. 路Purchase necessary office supplies and general housekeeping items. 路Order branded merchandise and uniforms for installation teams. 路Organise transportation, including train tickets and flights, for staff as needed. 路Coordinate permits, site access, and accommodation for installers and directors 聽 Thank you for your interest in this vacancy, which is being advertised by Smart10 Recruitment Group, who are acting as an employment agency / business.
