Role: Scheduler / Administrator

Location: Hertford

Hours: 8.00am - 16:00pm, Monday to Friday - 40 hours

Salary: £12.64 - £14.29 an hour, weekly pay

OA are currently looking to recruit for an experienced Scheduler / Administrator to join our client based in Hertford on a Temporary basis with the opportunity to go permanent.

Duties of a Scheduler:

  • Prepare and send approved communication to residents .
  • Arranging/scheduling appointments with engineers
  • Updating company job management system.
  • Distribution of appointment confirmation letters and SMS.
  • Handle cancellations and reschedule appointments .
  • Making and receiving calls.
  • Dealing with complaints

What we would like from you:

  • Previous experience within scheduling
  • Previous administration experience
  • Excellent communication skills; written and verbal
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Ability to work under pressure in a busy work environment 
  • Available to start ASAP
