TimePlan Education is seeking a dedicated 1 to 1 Primary Teaching Assistant for a full-time role at a school in Hertford. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is enthusiastic about making a positive impact on a child's educational experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide 1:1 support to a primary-aged pupil, assisting with learning and development.
  • Tailor support to the individual needs of the child, ensuring they are engaged and making progress.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other staff to implement the student's learning plan.
  • Foster a supportive and inclusive environment.
Requirements:
  • Experience working with young people, ideally within a school setting.
  • Previous experience working with Special Educational Needs (SEN) or in a 1:1 support role is desirable.
  • Must hold a DBS on the update service or be willing to obtain one.
  • Ability to commit to the full school day, Monday to Friday, during term time only.
