Job Summary:
We have 6 WTE roles available (4 x Band 7 general PM experience and 2 x Band 8a/b more specific/strong clinical operational background), to start as soon as possible. Initial placements are for 6 months, with possible extension.
The selection panel will be looking to match the skill set of any potential candidates to specific divisional needs. There is also a requirement that these roles help build capability as they work alongside colleagues, so before exit and where needed , staff will have received development and training in key business activities that support CIP identification and delivery.

-
Lead a number of complex large-scale programmes and associated business change activities
-
Ensure successful delivery of required outcomes, including governance and assurance, monitoring, risk management, and business readiness for change
-
Lead transitional processes as part of our improvement partnership, involving the transfer of existing portfolio programmes from corporate areas into the Divisions and supporting the embedding and sustaining of new improvements once designed and implemented
