As a Customer Technologist, you will play a crucial role in managing customer relationships from a technical perspective, products meet the highest standards of compliance, quality, and safety. You'll lead on customer complaints, customer quality manuals and queries for the business’ impressive customer base.
The Experience Required:
- Food manufacturing/distribution experience.
- Customer facing experience within this sector.
- Detailed knowledge of customer quality management systems and their application/
- Proven background in dealing with customer complaints and queries.
- Quality Management Manual
- Strong communication skills essential.
- Food Safety Qualification ideal.
The Role/Responsibilities:
- Maintenance of the Customer Quality Management Manuals.
- Customer complaint management.
- Supplier and product approvals.
- Supporting with customer audits and meetings.
- KPI reporting and management from a technical perspective.
- Supporting the wider business with technical expertise.
