Are you looking to join a leading manufacturer of medical products where they have a solid reputation for excellence in engineering and high quality products?

We are looking for an experienced Quality Manager to join a well-established company within the medical sector, to lead and develop their Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and driving continuous improvement.

Some of your main responsibilities will include -

  • Manage quality department by communicating job expectations, planning, monitoring and appraising results.
  • Lead external quality assurance audits as required and Audit systems based on ISO 13485 requirements.
  • Monitor the entire production cycle and perform regular tests to identify potential malfunctions as early as possible.
  • Implement and monitor corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), non-conformance reports (NCRs), and risk management processes.

The ideal candidate will have 5 years' experience in a similar role and have knowledge of quality standards including ISO 13485, UKCA and MDR.

Engineering experience with metalwork and plastic moulded component is preferred.
