Paying from £12.21ph at start of training process to £16.40ph on successful completion of probation period.
Your Responsibilities:
- Responsible for passenger safety whilst boarding and exiting trains.
- Monitor and manage train departures, ensuring safety and punctuality.
- Maintain focus and attention to detail in this busy, safety-critical role.
- Participating in station security checks.
What We're Looking For:
- Face-to-face customer service experience.
- Essential knowledge or prior experience in Train Dispatch roles (preferable)
- Calm and confident communication skills, especially when working under pressure.
- Physically fit and well-presented for active shifts (4-12 hours).
- Flexibility to work different times, including nights and weekends.
- Strong understanding of customer health and safety.
- Able to start work at different locations on the rail network.
