Role highlights:

Managing a range of conveyancing transactions including purchases, sales, transfers and re-mortgages

Issuing contracts, reviewing searches, title checks, and raising enquiries

Dealing with mortgage redemption's and management packs

Handling both new-build and second-hand property cases

Building strong working relationships with clients and referrers
What you'll need:

Demonstrable experience running your own residential conveyancing caseload

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Confident working independently and collaboratively

Highly motivated and detail-oriented
