My client is seeking a Property Manager with a passion for progressive rural/commercial lettings and a proven track record in property management and development. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader, commercially driven and possess a keen eye for detail. This role involves overseeing tenant management, leading development projects, handling property and land transactions, strategic planning and team leadership.Day to Day of the role:

Oversee tenant management, including rent collection, lease renewals and addressing tenant queries.
Ensure compliance with property laws and regulations.
Manage and supervise the maintenance team for prompt resolution of maintenance requests.
Support agricultural to commercial property conversion projects, ensuring timely and budget-conscious completion.
Coordinate with external contractors and suppliers for development projects.
Assist with property and land purchases and sales, including due diligence and negotiations.
Develop strategies to maximize property portfolio profitability and value.
Provide regular performance reports to directors and identify expansion opportunities.
Lead the maintenance team, providing training and development opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Experience in agricultural or commercial property development is highly desirable.
Leadership experience with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
A degree in property management, real estate, construction management, or a related field is preferred.
Recognized qualifications in property management or real estate, such as RICS or CPM.
Project management certifications like PMP or Prince2 are advantageous.
Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong problem-solving, financial acumen, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
Proven experience in property management, development, and tenant relations.
Comprehensive knowledge of property law, compliance regulations, and health and safety.
