Job Title: Property Manager 聽 Salary: 拢30,000 - 拢35,000 Location: Hertford Contract: Permanent, Full Time 聽 Hours: 聽Monday to Friday 9-5pm (45 minutes lunch) 聽 Company: 聽 Our client, a well-established leasing company in Hertford, is seeking an experienced, proactive, and detail-oriented Property Manager to oversee both new and existing tenancies. 聽 In this role, you will manage and maintain properties, conduct regular inspections, coordinate final check-outs, and ensure full compliance with all regulations.
