TSASurveying is seeking a qualified Retrofit Assessor to join a leading Property Surveying Consultancy in Hertfordshire.
The role involves conducting surveys on over 1000 properties using a tablet device and asset management software.
This is an outside IR35 role, with payment made per survey for houses and flats.
A basic DBS check and a personal distometer are required for this position.
Candidates must have relevant experience as a Retrofit Assessor.
