Location – Homebased/South East/Home Counties

Working Hours – 09:00 – 17:15 Monday - Friday

Job Description:

The Regional Manager is responsible for leading a team of Property Managers to deliver high quality Property Management services to our clients.

Key responsibilities and tasks include:

  • The ability to deliver effective business process management with also being a Key Client management contact.
  • Effectively lead and develop a team of Property Managers to ensure Trinity’s management obligations are met on all managed developments.
  • Ensuring each of the Property Managers within the team are working effectively, identifying training requirements and implementing change as required.
  • To ensure that Property Managers are equipped with the attributes and attitude to provide day to day management of a portfolio of developments driving proactive management and customer centric communication.
  • To assess and identify where practices within the department can be changed to provide a better level of service to customers and clients while working closely with other departments within the business to ensure all teams are working collaboratively and effectively.
  • To manage developer clients to encourage New Business opportunities for Trinity.

Qualifications and Skills:

Candidates for this position should have the following skills and qualifications:

  • Advanced level of experience within Residential Property Management.
  • Ideally MTPI qualified.
  • Proven track record in delivering excellent customer service.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Previous line management experience.
  • Proven track record of budgeting and account management.
  • Advanced understanding of leasehold property legislation including Building Safety and Compliance.
  • High levels of attention to detail.
  • Effective client handling skills.
  • Ability to drive and promote improvements with peer groups and work effectively and confidently with all levels of the business.
