Salary: £27,000 - £30,000
Location: Hertford
Contract: Permanent, Full Time  
Hours:  Monday to Thursday 9:00am - 5:30pm Friday 5.00pm finish

Our client is a creative company specialising in sustainable print, design, and installation solutions. They deliver innovative and bespoke graphics across various sectors, including commercial, public, and private clients throughout the UK and Europe. Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Business & Projects Administrator to support our project management team.
 This role involves coordinating project activities, managing schedules, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality results.
 
Responsibilities:
 
·Collaborate with the Technical Director on Sizewell C accounts, R&D for equipment and machinery, and improving services.
·Support sales and business development, manage tenders, prequalification documents, and current/future project delivery.
·Coordinate social media marketing, manage online content creation, and collaborate with external resources.
·Prepare and review correspondence, reports, and presentations, ensuring accuracy and clear communication.
·Establish project governance, define processes, and manage project planning, tracking, and timely completion.
·Monitor project finances, advise on financial status, and ensure alignment with project timelines.
·Manage information flow within teams, ensuring effective communication and central knowledge sharing.
·Provide administrative support, including travel arrangements, office duties, meeting minutes, and reporting to the Director.
