- Advertising vacancies on the online job boards i.e. Reed, Indeed, CV Library and company website.
- The initial screening of all candidate applications received online.
- Assisting recruitment consultants with resourcing by telephone and Teams interviews as well as the preparation of a shortlist of candidates.
- Filling temp bookings and ensuring correct paperwork is completed including Right to Work checks.
- Sending out marketing mailers to candidates and handling all responses.
- Excellent IT skills especially Word and Excel.
- Experience working in a recruitment agency or as a recruiter would be an advantage.
- Excellent attention to details with the ability to multi-task in a busy hands-on environment.
- Own transport is required due to the location.
