Power BI Developer

I am working with an established and award-winning organisation who are market leaders in their field who are looking to add a Power BI Developer to their growing data function. The team have been focusing on creating a uniformed reporting suite that will enable business stakeholders to make decisions backed by data that will improve performance and efficiencies.

You will join a close-knit, supportive team and you will have the opportunity to further develop your knowledge through exposure to new technologies and in-depth training. The business have recently completed a migration to Azure, so you will have the opportunity to further develop your skills with the latest cloud-based technologies.

As part of this role, you will be responsible for -

  • Design, develop and maintain a comprehensive reporting suite
  • Collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to understand business requirements
  • Create data models and extract data from cloud-based data sources
  • Organise and facilitate feedback sessions to focus on continuous improvement of the reporting suite

To be successful in this role you will have.

  • Experience create informative reports with Power BI
  • Experience with DAX or M-Query
  • Strong communication skills and experience gathering business requirements from stakeholders
  • Azure experience would be beneficial

This is a hybrid role working with the rest of the technology function out of their HQ near Hertford up to 3 days per week. Some of the benefits included in this role are -
