Key Responsibilities:
- Develop high-quality, testable, and well-documented software.
- Work with Technical Architects and Development Managers to turn specifications into working software.
- Take part in configuration, testing, and release activities.
- Ensure proper unit and integration testing is in place.
- Contribute to design and specification discussions.
- Stay up to date with new technologies and continuously learn.
Required Skills:
- Strong Java programming skills.
- Experience with SQL and JDBC for working with databases.
- Knowledge of XML or JSON.
- Web development experience with JSP, Servlets, and JavaScript.
- Experience with J2EE containers (like Tomcat).
- Computer Science or related degree.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience with databases like MySQL, MSSQL, or Oracle.
- Frontend development with React, Angular, or Vue.
- Mobile app development for iOS and Android.
- Familiarity with tools like Eclipse, Maven, Gradle, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Experience with cloud services like AWS or Azure.
- Knowledge of version control systems like Git or Subversion.
