Prestigious Main Dealer | 32,000 - 35,000 Basic + 7,200 Bonus | Full-Time, Permanent

Alecto Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced and qualified Vehicle Technician to join a highly regarded Prestigious Main Dealer in Hertford. This is a fantastic opportunity to further your career with a leading automotive brand in a professional and supportive working environment.

• Salary: 32,000 - 35,000 basic + bonus up to 7,200 OTE
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 5:30 pm
• Weekends: Saturday on a rota (1 in 3 or 1 in 4, depending on the month)
• Access to manufacturer training and ongoing professional development

• Conducting diagnostics, servicing, and repairs on a wide range of vehicles to manufacturer standards
• Carrying out routine maintenance and inspections with a focus on quality and efficiency
• Identifying and resolving mechanical and electrical faults accurately and promptly
• Working collaboratively with the service and parts teams to ensure seamless workflow
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety guidelines
• Keeping up to date with the latest technical information and training provided by the manufacturer

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (or equivalent)
• Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician, ideally within a Main Dealer or Prestige environment
• Strong diagnostic skills and the ability to work with modern vehicle systems
• A keen eye for detail and commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• A valid UK driving license
