- Inspect incoming raw materials and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
- Verify product quality against purchase orders and customer expectations.
- Investigate non-conforming products, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company quality standards.
- Perform density checks on fire-resistant materials to confirm compliance with safety standards.
- Manage and maintain technical drawings and specifications to ensure accuracy.
- Handle customer returns by investigating quality issues and providing solutions.
- Oversee the calibration of measuring equipment to ensure consistent and reliable results.
- Proven experience in quality control, assurance, or compliance roles within a manufacturing or materials environment.
- Understanding of material properties, industry standards, and quality control practices.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
