Customer Service Advisor

Salary: up to 26500 (dependant on experience)
Hours: Monday to Friday (shifts 07:00-1530 / 08:00 - 16:30 / 09:30 - 1800)

Grafton Recruitment are delighted to be collaborating with a leading international business to support them with recruiting a Customer Service Advisor to support their Supply Chain function.

THE ROLE:
Some of your responsibilities as a Customer Service Advisor are listed below:

  • Resolving any queries they may have throughout this process to high standards and in a timely manner
  • Taking ownership and responsibility for delivering great service to our portfolio of customers
  • Daily handling, processing and follow-up of customer orders
  • Pro-active reporting & management of problems or delays to the customer
  • Creative and cost-effective problem solving approach with the customer in mind
  • Identify additional costs and, where possible, recovery of the costs
  • Teamwork across UK & Belgian colleagues with 1 Belgium visit a year
