Full time:   37 hours

Contract:  Permanent

Starting salary: £24,308 per annum

We're looking for a dynamic Development Officer to join our team to provide essential programme, project, and administrative support to ensure the smooth and efficient delivery of our initiatives.

The successful candidate will support the Chief Executive and Director of Development by providing administrative and business support, ensuring development programmes are delivered on time and to a high standard.   The postholder will also support other managers, so the ability to work with a team is essential.

We are looking for an individual who is highly organised, proactive, and passionate about making a difference. The ideal candidate will have strong administration skills, experience with IT and CRM systems, and a keen eye for detail. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team are essential. Experience in event planning and knowledge of the sports or health sector would be advantageous.

We offer hybrid working for a better work-life balance, along with a generous annual leave allowance.  You will be expected to attend our workspace in Hessle, at least once a week.
