Optimise by Recruitment have an exciting opportunity for a Field Sales Executive to join a dynamic and growing company within the new build home sector.

This customer-focused role involves guiding buyers through the home-buying journey, achieving sales targets, and ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish. You will play a key role in promoting new build properties, managing the sales process, and maintaining strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Service:

  • Engage with potential buyers to understand their needs and match them with suitable properties
  • Conduct viewings and provide expert advice on available homes
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a 5-star service experience
  • Work towards and achieve set sales targets
  • Liaise with solicitors, estate agents, and mortgage advisors to facilitate smooth transactions
  • Follow up with customers throughout the buying process

Administration & Reporting:

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis
  • Maintain and update the customer enquiry database
  • Record customer details at reservation and ensure compliance with company processes
  • Complete and distribute all required sales documentation
  • Ensure all paperwork and financial records are processed accurately and efficiently


The Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous experience in a sales role (property, retail, or customer-facing sectors preferred)
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Organised with good attention to detail for administrative tasks
  • A valid UK driving licence is desirable but not essential
