Optimise by Recruitment have an exciting opportunity for a Field Sales Executive to join a dynamic and growing company within the new build home sector.
This customer-focused role involves guiding buyers through the home-buying journey, achieving sales targets, and ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish. You will play a key role in promoting new build properties, managing the sales process, and maintaining strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Service:
- Engage with potential buyers to understand their needs and match them with suitable properties
- Conduct viewings and provide expert advice on available homes
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a 5-star service experience
- Work towards and achieve set sales targets
- Liaise with solicitors, estate agents, and mortgage advisors to facilitate smooth transactions
- Follow up with customers throughout the buying process
Administration & Reporting:
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Maintain and update the customer enquiry database
- Record customer details at reservation and ensure compliance with company processes
- Complete and distribute all required sales documentation
- Ensure all paperwork and financial records are processed accurately and efficiently
The Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience in a sales role (property, retail, or customer-facing sectors preferred)
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Organised with good attention to detail for administrative tasks
- A valid UK driving licence is desirable but not essential
