- Supporting the implementation and development of Health & Safety initiatives across the site
- Helping to drive cultural change and ensuring best practices are embedded in daily operations
- Engaging with teams at all levels, fostering a positive approach to Health & Safety
- Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and ensuring compliance with industry regulations
- NEBOSH Certificate is essential
- Some experience already within a Health & Safety Coordinator, Advisor, or Administrator role
- Manufacturing experience is required, with FMCG being the preferred background
- A people-centric approach with the ability to inspire and influence others
- Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude to driving positive change
