Health & Safety Coordinator£35,000 - £40,000 + Excellent BenefitsFMCG Industry | Strong Team Environment | Significant Learning & Progression Opportunities This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established FMCG business as a Health & Safety Coordinator, working within a highly experienced team where development and responsibility go hand in hand from day one.The Role:You will be part of a dedicated Health & Safety team of four, working closely with a very experienced HSE Manager who will provide guidance, support, and mentorship. This role offers an outstanding opportunity to develop your skills, gain exposure to a fast-paced FMCG environment, and take on real responsibility in driving improvements. Longer term, there are excellent progression opportunities for those looking to advance their career in Health & Safety.Key aspects of the role include:

Supporting the implementation and development of Health & Safety initiatives across the site
Helping to drive cultural change and ensuring best practices are embedded in daily operations
Engaging with teams at all levels, fostering a positive approach to Health & Safety
Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and ensuring compliance with industry regulations

What We’re Looking For:

NEBOSH Certificate is essential
Some experience already within a Health & Safety Coordinator, Advisor, or Administrator role
Manufacturing experience is required, with FMCG being the preferred background
A people-centric approach with the ability to inspire and influence others
Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude to driving positive change
