This role offers an outstanding opportunity to develop your skills, gain exposure to a fast-paced FMCG environment, and take on real responsibility in driving improvements. Longer term, there are excellent progression opportunities for those looking to advance their career in Health & Safety.Key aspects of the role include:
  • Supporting the implementation and development of Health & Safety initiatives across the site
  • Helping to drive cultural change and ensuring best practices are embedded in daily operations
  • Engaging with teams at all levels, fostering a positive approach to Health & Safety
  • Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and ensuring compliance with industry regulations
What We’re Looking For:
  • NEBOSH Certificate is essential
  • Some experience already within a Health & Safety Coordinator, Advisor, or Administrator role
  • Manufacturing experience is required, with FMCG being the preferred background
  • A people-centric approach with the ability to inspire and influence others
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude to driving positive change
