- Lead the design and development of overhead line systems while ensuring compliance with relevant engineering standards.
- Take charge of project management to guarantee timely delivery and adherence to budgetary constraints.
- Ensure all projects comply with health and safety regulations, actively managing any arising issues.
- Offer guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, promoting a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.
- Supervise daily design operations, ensuring compliance with quality standards and project requirements.
- Provide oversight during site operations, ensuring adherence to approved designs and procedures.
- Compile and maintain essential project documentation, including analytical reports to substantiate design decisions.
- Facilitate collaboration between departments and external stakeholders to ensure effective project delivery.
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline (Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering).
- A minimum of 2 years of post-graduate industry experience, ideally with a focus on overhead line design.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software such as PLS CADD and PLS Tower.
- Knowledge of relevant national and industry standards, including BS EN 50341.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and clients.

- Salary: £55,000 to £60,000 per annum.
