Job Title: Private Client SolicitorLocation: Lincolnshire/HumberWe are excited to offer a career opportunity with a well-regarded legal firm. They are currently seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join their Private Client team, reporting to the Private Client Partner.Role Overview:As a Private Client Solicitor, you will manage a diverse range of private client cases, specialising in Trusts and Inheritance Tax planning. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced solicitor to contribute to the growth and development of the firm while building relationships with clients and ensuring high-quality service delivery.Role Responsibilities:

  • Advise clients on all aspects of Trusts and Inheritance Tax planning
  • Manage a varied caseload of private client matters, including Probate applications, Enduring and Lasting Powers of Attorney, and Court of Protection applications
  • Confidently support other team members and provide mentorship when needed
  • Participate in business development and networking activities to expand the client base
  • Contribute to the strategic growth and development of the firm

  • Qualified solicitor with experience in private client law
  • Strong knowledge of Trusts, Inheritance Tax, and other relevant regulations
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage a caseload

Desired Skills:

  • Knowledge of GDPR and data protection
  • IT proficiency, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Leadership skills and cultural awareness

Experience:

  • Proven experience in managing private client cases and advising on Trusts and Inheritance Tax
  • Experience in supporting team members and contributing to business development initiatives

Salary & Benefits:

Shift Pattern:
