We are currently seeking an Interim Operations Director to join our clients team with IMMEDIATE EFFECT and lead day-to-day operations for an interim period. This contract role offers a competitive salary / day rate based on experience and suitability as well as the opportunity to make a significant impact within the businesses day to day productivity whilst working with a superb team.

In this role, you will collaborate with various functions including Production, Supply Chain, Quality, Safety, Warehousing, and Logistics to ensure that company targets are achieved.
Coordinating team tasks to maximize efficiency.
Additionally, you will assist in the development and implementation of manufacturing procedures to drive efficiencies for the overall operations

This is a fantastic opportunity for an immediate start for individuals with a background in Manufacturing, particularly within the FMCG sector. If you possess strong team management skills, and decision-making abilities, we would love to hear from you! Preferred Requirements:

Background in Manufacturing, preferably within the FMCG sector
Excellent team management skills
Proficiency in creating and managing schedules and workflows
Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
Good Safety Knowledge
Drive day-to-day production requirements
Collaborate with various functions to meet company targets
Set and monitor KPIs to drive performance improvements

Preferred Qualifications:

Relevant experience in a similar role
Degree or certification in relevant field
Demonstrated success in driving operational excellence
