We are currently seeking an Interim Operations Director to join our clients team with IMMEDIATE EFFECT and lead day-to-day operations for an interim period. This contract role offers a competitive salary / day rate based on experience and suitability as well as the opportunity to make a significant impact within the businesses day to day productivity whilst working with a superb team.
  • In this role, you will collaborate with various functions including Production, Supply Chain, Quality, Safety, Warehousing, and Logistics to ensure that company targets are achieved.
  • Coordinating team tasks to maximize efficiency.
  • Additionally, you will assist in the development and implementation of manufacturing procedures to drive efficiencies for the overall operations 
This is a fantastic opportunity for an immediate start for individuals with a background in Manufacturing, particularly within the FMCG sector. If you possess strong team management skills, and decision-making abilities, we would love to hear from you! Preferred Requirements:
  • Background in Manufacturing, preferably within the FMCG sector
  • Excellent team management skills
  • Proficiency in creating and managing schedules and workflows
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
  • Good Safety Knowledge
  • Drive day-to-day production requirements
  • Collaborate with various functions to meet company targets
  • Set and monitor KPIs to drive performance improvements
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Relevant experience in a similar role
  • Degree or certification in relevant field
  • Demonstrated success in driving operational excellence
