Role: Quantity Surveyor
Location: Hessle, East Yorkshire
Starting salary: £40k up to £60k dependent on experience
Additional: Car allowance of over £5,000 or Company Car
Job Type: Full-time - Permanent
Are you a Quantity Surveyor with prior experience of working within the new build or social housing sector looking for a new challenge?
We have an exciting new opportunity with our client, a well-established national house builder based in Hessle, East Yorkshire.

The ideal candidate:
Requirements:
- Proven commercial experience in a similar level role
- A relevant qualification or good experience of quantity surveying
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
- Ability to engage with client, stakeholders, subcontractors and third parties
- Good awareness of codes of practice that impact on commercial matters e.g Building Regulations, NHBC requirements, HSE etc
- Knowledge of Construction Design Management Regulations
- commercially astute
- knowledge of construction and design management regulations
- Good knowledge of the construction industry
