Are you a Quantity Surveyor with prior experience of working within the new build or social housing sector looking for a new challenge?

We have an exciting new opportunity with our client, a well-established national house builder based in Hessle, East Yorkshire.

The ideal candidate:

Requirements:

  • Proven commercial experience in a similar level role
  • A relevant qualification or good experience of quantity surveying
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to engage with client, stakeholders, subcontractors and third parties
  • Good awareness of codes of practice that impact on commercial matters e.g Building Regulations, NHBC requirements, HSE etc
  • Knowledge of Construction Design Management Regulations
  • commercially astute
  • knowledge of construction and design management regulations
  • Good knowledge of the construction industry
