They are currently seeking an experienced and proactive Commercial Property Fee Earner to join their team, reporting directly to the Head of Commercial.Role Overview:As a Commercial Property Fee Earner, you will manage your own caseload, handling a broad range of commercial property matters including sales, purchases, and landlord & tenant matters. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual to take ownership of their cases, ensuring compliance and delivering high standards of client service.Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct file reviews for fellow fee earners and ensure compliance with money laundering guidance and CQS
- Manage your own caseload, including the sale and purchase of commercial freehold and leasehold properties
- Handle all areas of commercial landlord and tenant matters
- Assist with acquisitions and sales of property for development, including land promotion, options, conditional contracts, and overage agreements
- Act for lenders and pension schemes in property transactions
- Provide corporate support and take instructions on new matters as required
- Promote health, safety, and wellbeing in the workplace
- Communicate effectively and delegate tasks to support staff, including dictation
- Train junior colleagues and achieve personal targets
- Collaborate within a team and build relationships with colleagues, clients, and agents
