Are you an experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner and looking for a new opportunity?
We have some exciting roles available in both Residential and Commercial Conveyancing.
Key duties and responsibilities for the Conveyancing Fee Earner:
路 Managing your own individual caseload
路 Possessing knowledge and understanding of property transactions
路 Sale and Purchase of commercial freehold and leasehold premises
路 Receiving instructions on new cases
路 Managing the exchange and completion of commercial property sales
路 Acting for lenders and pension schemes
路 Liaising with Lender Panels
路 Conducting and reporting on file review for other fee earners
路 Acquisition and sale of property for development, land promotion, conditional contracts, and overage
Conveyancing Fee Earner Requirements:
路 Previous Fee Earner experience within Commercial
路 High confidentiality and organisational skills
路 Ability to work on own initiative and to deadlines
路 In-depth knowledge of property laws and regulations
路 Team player with the ability to build relationships
路 Great attention to detail and communication skills are required
路 Proficient in using conveyancing software and other relevant tools
