Principal Resourcing are seeking to recruit Learning Support Assistants to join an exceptional team in a specialist school and sixth form college based in a town close to Hull in the East Riding of Yorkshire.
The school accommodates for studentswith complex medical needs and Severe Learning Difficulties. The Learning Support Assistants play an essential role in providing a safe and productive learning environment.

Formal qualifications are not essetnial for this role although the successful candidate will ahve a good standard of education.
Pre-requisities:
- Show superb communication skills with children, young people, their carers and other agencies
- Be proactive and show initiative
- Plan and prioritise under pressure
- Be a trustworthy role model in and around our school community
- Respect and maintain confidentiality whilst adhering to safeguarding principles at all times
- Demonstrate you really care about children, particularly those who find learning and managing their behaviour difficult.
- Demonstrate that you have the necessary skills and experience transferrable to a Special Needs Education Setting.
